POLARIS provides a 12-month or 20,000 km warranty (whichever comes first) for all exported vehicles, effective from the official delivery date. The warranty covers defects in materials or manufacturing workmanship under normal use and proper maintenance in accordance with the POLARIS user manual. Once confirmed by an authorized POLARIS service center, defective parts will be repaired or replaced free of charge, including both parts and labor.(Exclusions: Normal wear and tear, misuse or accidents, inadequate maintenance, consumables, unauthorized modifications or repairs, and use of non-genuine parts.)

Urgent Requests
For urgent requirements, spare parts will be dispatched via DHL, UPS, or FedEx to ensure expedited delivery.The estimated transit time is 5–7 working days, subject to destination and customs clearance.All express shipping costs shall be borne by the customer.

Regular Requests
For regular requests, spare parts will be shipped through consolidated delivery with the next vehicle shipment or scheduled bulk parts order.This option is free of charge and designed to optimize logistics efficiency.It is recommended for planned maintenance and routine spare parts replenishment.
